Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and tracking IT support tickets, ensuring timely assignment and follow-up.
  • Help maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations.
  • Support the IT team with daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing resources.
  • Facilitate communication between IT personnel and other departments, translating technical information into understandable terms.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes related to IT access and equipment.
  • Participate in inventory management of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and first-level support for common IT issues under supervision.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of IT workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to IT project coordination by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Learn and utilize various IT tools and systems, including helpdesk software, collaboration platforms, and asset management tools.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
