Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their photographic needs, vision, and project requirements for events and commercial shoots.
- Plan and execute on-site photography sessions for various events (e.g., weddings, corporate functions, festivals) and commercial projects (e.g., product photography, portraits, real estate).
- Utilize professional camera equipment and lighting techniques to capture high-quality, visually appealing images.
- Perform extensive post-production work, including culling, editing, retouching, and color correction using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Ensure timely delivery of edited images and final photographic assets to clients in specified formats.
- Maintain and care for personal photographic equipment, ensuring it is always in optimal working condition.
- Manage project timelines, client communications, and administrative tasks associated with freelance work.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and representation during all assignments.
- Continuously develop and refine photographic skills and stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing event and commercial work.
- Proficiency with professional-grade DSLR or Mirrorless camera systems and associated lenses.
- Advanced knowledge of lighting techniques, both natural and artificial.
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar professional editing software.
