Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication following established protocols and training.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment where necessary.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship.
- Undertake light household duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and record client's health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the senior care team.
- Adhere strictly to care plans, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and daily logs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
