Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals, control costs, and enhance overall financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local hospitality laws.
  • Manage guest relations, promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues to maintain high levels of guest loyalty and positive reviews.
  • Implement effective sales, marketing, and public relations strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and guest preferences to identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation.
  • Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and upgrades to ensure a safe, appealing, and functional environment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, presenting key insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager in a full-service hotel.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
