Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, and support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
