In this dual-focused role, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business through various channels, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals. You will engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs, provide comprehensive explanations of policy options across a range of products (life, health, property, casualty), and guide them through the selection process to find the most suitable coverage. Your sales prowess will be matched by your dedication to client service, as you will also play a crucial role in assisting existing policyholders with their claims. This involves guiding clients through the claims process, explaining required documentation, liaising with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth, empathetic experience during what can often be a stressful time.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for various insurance products (life, health, motor, property, etc.) within the May Pen community and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Present, explain, and sell insurance policies, ensuring clients fully understand coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Assist clients proactively with policy reviews, renewals, and adjustments as their needs evolve.
- Guide policyholders through the claims process, providing clear instructions, collecting necessary documentation, and acting as a liaison between the client and claims department.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
