Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Conduct repairs and installations related to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general construction.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly, addressing work orders efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
