Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach trucks, pallet jacks).
- Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults under direct supervision.
- Support in the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of forklift components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the workshop and on client sites.
- Help manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring availability for repair tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Document maintenance activities and parts used accurately.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job status and challenges.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments as directed by senior technicians.

- Reliable transportation to the Bell Village, Port Louis facility.
