Key Responsibilities
- Administer Zendesk Support, including user management (creating, modifying, deactivating accounts).
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Zendesk settings, forms, macros, and automation rules.
- Monitor Zendesk data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Generate and analyze routine Zendesk reports on ticket volumes, agent performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Update and organize knowledge base articles and internal documentation within Zendesk Guide.
- Provide first-line troubleshooting and support for Zendesk users within the organization.
- Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to identify areas for Zendesk optimization.
- Participate in testing new Zendesk features and integrations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Zendesk best practices and platform updates.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies within the Zendesk environment.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of administrative experience specifically with Zendesk Support.
- Proficiency in Zendesk user management, ticket routing, and macro creation.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
