Your day-to-day will involve coordinating various aspects of our virtual courses, from scheduling and technical setup to student onboarding and ongoing support. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting minor technical issues, managing communication channels, and maintaining organized records of course progress and learner feedback. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between learners, instructors, and administrative staff.

  • Assist in the creation and organization of educational materials and resources.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new learners to familiarize them with virtual tools and platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and learner interactions.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Stay updated on best practices in virtual education and learning technologies.
