Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth transition to account management.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and present tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the value proposition of Career.zycto's services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within recruitment, HR tech, or a related service industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
