Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned rooms daily according to established operational standards.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Replenish guest room supplies such as complimentary toiletries, stationery, and refreshments.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and storage areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all lost and found items are handled according to hotel procedures.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods.
