Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms daily according to established operational standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as complimentary toiletries, stationery, and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Ensure all lost and found items are handled according to hotel procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
