Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup, registration, and attendee management.
- Provide real-time technical support to speakers, presenters, and attendees during live virtual events.
- Assist with pre-event logistics, such as creating event pages, preparing speaker bios, and organizing presentation materials.
- Manage post-event tasks, including data collection, attendee surveys, and follow-up communications.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, speakers, and attendees to ensure smooth event execution.
- Prepare comprehensive event reports and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and recommend new virtual event technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance event experiences.
- Moderate chat functions, Q&A sessions, and polls to foster engagement during live events.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with major virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, Remo, Webex Events).
