Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of vehicle maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet vehicles, including registrations, insurance, mileage, and service history.
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and general fleet performance data.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, technicians, and external vendors regarding fleet-related matters.
- Support the procurement process for new vehicles, parts, and supplies as directed.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Process and organize relevant documentation, invoices, and expense reports.
- Respond to and resolve basic operational issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
