As an Insurance Agent – Sales & Claims, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and problem-solver. Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new clients and generate sales leads within the Fairfield, Montego Bay area through various channels including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell a wide range of insurance products (life, health, property, auto, etc.) tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and policy proposals.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
- Assist existing clients with insurance claims, guiding them through the process from initial report to final settlement.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for claim processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining policy details, claim status, and potential outcomes.
- Liaise with claims adjusters, underwriters, and other internal departments to facilitate efficient claims resolution.
- Stay informed about new products, market trends, and industry regulations to provide up-to-date advice.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims processes.
