Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pilots with pre-flight preparations, including flight plan compilation, weather briefings, and NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) review.
  • Organize and maintain flight documentation, manuals, charts, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Support pilots in managing flight logs, aircraft performance calculations, and fuel consumption records.
  • Coordinate with ground staff for catering, refueling, luggage handling, and passenger boarding/disembarking processes.
  • Monitor flight schedules and communicate any potential delays or changes to relevant personnel.
  • Conduct basic checks of aircraft interior and safety equipment under supervision.
  • Assist with post-flight duties, including debriefing, documentation submission, and securing the aircraft.
  • Maintain strict adherence to aviation regulations, company policies, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support flight operations and crew management.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
