Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored technology solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position Career.zycto's offerings.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
