Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative and operational support to Air Traffic Controllers.
- Monitor communication frequencies and record critical flight information.
- Process and update flight plans, weather data, and NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen).
- Assist in coordinating with various airport agencies and ground staff.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of air traffic movements and incidents.
- Utilize air traffic control systems and software to support operations.
- Communicate effectively with controllers and other aviation personnel.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Creole is an advantage)
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
