- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing consistent follow-up and personalized communication.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update client information.
- Collaborate closely with on-site property management teams to ensure a smooth transition for qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and Summit Group's property portfolio.

Required Skills
