Key Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate trends in customer issues to help improve product or service offerings.

- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and resolution rates.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in typing with accuracy and speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
