Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications during night shifts, including phone calls, emails, and internal messaging systems.
  • Accurately document all incident details, communications, and actions taken into designated tracking systems.
  • Dispatch and coordinate resources (personnel, equipment, information) to support emergency response teams as directed.
  • Monitor various alert systems and provide timely notifications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with inventory management and tracking of emergency supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with day shift teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of operations.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate management or senior personnel.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support, dispatch, or emergency services coordination role.
