Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agents specializing in both Sales and Claims for our partners in the vibrant community of Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland. As an Insurance Agent, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement, responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities, consulting clients on a range of insurance products (life, health, property, auto, etc.), and guiding them through the sales process with integrity and expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and identify sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements.
- Present and explain various insurance policies and coverage options clearly and concisely, tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, including policy reviews and adjustments as client needs evolve.
- Assist clients diligently with claims submission, documentation, and follow-up, acting as their advocate throughout the claims process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and reliability.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.

- Active insurance license (or ability to obtain one quickly).
- Familiarity with the Savanna-la-Mar and Westmoreland communities.
