Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain precise financial records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related administration as required.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance department.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
