Key Responsibilities
- Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading content for the company website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication of digital materials.
- Transform radio program transcripts, news reports, and community event details into engaging web-friendly formats (articles, social media posts, image captions).
- Source and edit images and basic video clips to accompany digital content.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and community feedback.
- Conduct basic keyword research and implement SEO best practices for content optimization.
- Collaborate with journalists, producers, and marketing teams to align digital content with broadcast initiatives.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to Rádio Moçambique's brand guidelines and editorial standards.
- Stay updated with digital media trends and suggest new content ideas or formats.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese (native or fluent level).
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
