Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all interventions accurately.
  • Educate patients and their families on conditions, preventative measures, and self-management strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
  • Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set forth by the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and relevant UK bodies.

  • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in various physiotherapy treatment techniques and modalities.
