Key Responsibilities
- Undergo and successfully complete the provided comprehensive training program on travel processes and systems.
- Assist senior travel agents with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel components for clients.
- Process and manage travel documentation, including tickets, itineraries, visa applications, and insurance papers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve minor issues.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and travel files.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports as needed.
- Verify booking details and confirm reservations with vendors.
- Stay informed about travel regulations, destination information, and industry trends through continuous learning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
