Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships through various sales strategies within the Mandeville area.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, property, general, etc.).
  • Present and explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention rates and client satisfaction.
  • Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Assist policyholders with initial claims reporting, documentation gathering, and follow-up.
  • Act as a primary liaison between clients and the claims department, ensuring timely and empathetic service delivery.
  • Stay continuously updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Meet and consistently exceed ambitious sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills.
