Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the entire logistics cycle, including order processing, warehouse management, and delivery scheduling.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and timely replenishment.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments, resolve any delays or issues that may arise, and communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and logistics service providers.
- Utilize logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) to manage and track operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems (WMS, TMS).
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making capacity.
