Key Responsibilities
- Assist Optometrists with pre-screening tests, including visual field tests, auto-refractions, and tonometry.
- Guide patients through frame and lens selection, offering expert advice on styles, materials, and suitability.
- Perform minor frame adjustments and repairs, ensuring a perfect fit and comfort for patients.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and front desk operations with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting practice environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Educate patients on proper contact lens care, eyewear maintenance, and general eye health.
