Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment, adhering to established procedures.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor and shelving, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare items for delivery, including labeling, weighing, and recording information.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
