Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine travel needs, preferences, and budgets for domestic and international trips.
- Research, recommend, and book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel services.
- Develop detailed and customized travel itineraries, providing all necessary documentation and information.
- Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Advise clients on travel policies, visa requirements, customs regulations, and travel insurance options.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve travel-related issues, and provide emergency support as needed.
- Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Stay informed about current travel trends, destination updates, and industry changes.
- Utilize various travel booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel coordination, travel agent, or similar role.
- Proven ability to plan and execute complex travel itineraries for diverse clients.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
