Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets and expand market share in the Gießen area and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and prospect new corporate, government, and commercial fleet customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized fleet solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present compelling proposals that highlight the value and benefits of our fleet offerings.
  • Negotiate and close high-value fleet sales contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including service, finance, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on vehicle selection, financing options, maintenance programs, and fleet management strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in fleet sales or B2B automotive sales.
