Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the security of the premises, conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV systems.
- Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift efficiently and courteously.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve any overnight incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Prepare and reconcile daily reports, including night audits, for management.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and communal areas.
- Assist with luggage and other guest services as required.
- Ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are adhered to throughout the shift.
- Set up breakfast service or prepare communal areas for the morning shift.
- Complete administrative tasks and handovers to the morning team.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency for administrative tasks and reporting.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and security.
- Ability to handle demanding situations calmly and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel reception, security, or night-time customer service role.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS).
