Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack food products into containers, boxes, or bags according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing.
- Operate basic packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper labeling and dating of all packed products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP, FDA).
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to supervisors promptly.
