A Business Analyst at Career.zycto in Mönchengladbach is a pivotal role, serving as the critical link between our business operations and technical development teams. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business analysis, gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, user stories, use cases, and other relevant documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with technical teams, product managers, and business users.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights on business processes and systems.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
