Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional visitor services, including welcoming, assisting, and orienting guests.
  • Assist with the daily operations of the museum, ensuring smooth running of exhibitions and public areas.
  • Support the curatorial team with the handling, documentation, and display of museum collections.
  • Monitor gallery spaces to ensure the safety and security of exhibits and visitors.
  • Process ticket sales, manage gift shop transactions, and handle general inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of educational programs and public events.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the museum environment is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
