Key Responsibilities
- Process ticket bookings, modifications, cancellations, and reissues accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries in person, via phone, and email.

- Assist clients with visa-related queries specific to their travel plans, where applicable.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Handle payment transactions securely and process refunds as required.

- Ensure all ticketing documentation is complete and accurate.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Skills
