Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Proactively suggest improvements to customer service processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar helpdesk software.
- Proficiency in an additional language relevant to our customer base.
- Previous experience in a tech support or BPO environment.
