Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photography assignments for events and commercial projects according to client briefs and specifications.
- Capture high-quality, impactful images that effectively convey the desired message and aesthetic.
- Utilize a range of professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories, to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct pre-shoot consultations with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and logistical needs.
- Perform post-production tasks including culling, color correction, retouching, and final image delivery within agreed-upon timelines.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring prompt delivery of edited images in various specified formats.
- Maintain and organize all photographic equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and representation while on assignment.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, event planners, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in event and commercial photography, demonstrated by a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional technical proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other industry-standard photo editing software.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for client-facing engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related creative field.
- Experience with studio lighting setups and product photography.
