Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed test plans and test cases across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
- Identify, document, and meticulously track software defects, bugs, and usability issues using bug tracking tools.
- Provide clear, concise, and reproducible steps for identified issues, including screenshots and relevant system logs.
- Collaborate effectively with development, product management, and design teams to understand requirements and facilitate issue resolution.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that resolved issues do not re-emerge and that new features haven't introduced unintended side effects.
- Participate in the review of product specifications and design documents to provide early feedback on testability and potential issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Monitor application performance and stability, reporting any significant anomalies.
- Maintain a strong user-centric perspective, advocating for optimal user experience in all testing activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in software quality assurance or app testing.
