As a freelance Tour Guide, you will be the face of Jamaican hospitality, crafting memorable journeys for small groups and individual travelers. Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead engaging, informative, and safe tours for individuals and groups across Rollington Town, Kingston, and specified areas.
- Share comprehensive knowledge of local history, culture, landmarks, traditions, and current events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
- Manage tour logistics, including scheduling, route planning, and time management.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests and needs of diverse groups.
- Handle unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Act as an ambassador for Jamaica, promoting local businesses and sustainable tourism practices.
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English; excellent verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Kingston's history, culture, geography, and attractions.
