Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients' physical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment programmes using evidence-based practices.
- Provide a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
- Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with professional and organizational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities and contribute to service improvement.
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, ethical guidelines, and safeguarding policies within the UK.
Required Skills
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent recognized qualification).
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or eligibility to register.
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or community setting.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions.
