Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial objectives, increase profitability, and enhance market share.
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service and proactively addressing feedback.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue generation through effective pricing and sales strategies.
- Maintain the physical appearance and operational standards of the property, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local community partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel's presence.
- Implement innovative marketing and sales initiatives to attract and retain guests, aligning with local market trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service and operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
