Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest arrivals and departures during the night shift, including efficient check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of guests and premises.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, managing reservations, and preparing daily reports.
- Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk areas.
- Assist with basic maintenance issues that may arise during the night, escalating as necessary.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Provide local information and recommendations to guests.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the morning shift team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or a guest-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, booking systems).
