Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators and business trends.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast future performance, market trends, and operational demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, define reporting requirements, and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analyses, implementing quality control measures.
- Automate existing reports and develop efficient data pipelines to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering data literacy.
- Continuously research and implement new data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrable experience with at least one major Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experience with forecasting methodologies.
