Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure all washed items are thoroughly clean and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and machines.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or restocking supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen as assigned.
- Handle all items with care to prevent breakage and damage.
