As a Catering Assistant focused on Accommodation & Sponsorship, you will play a key role in preparing event spaces, setting up exquisite food and beverage displays, and providing attentive guest service. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events, including tables, chairs, decorations, and food/beverage stations.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and client specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, kitchen, and catering equipment.
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support the coordination of guest accommodation logistics for events, including room assignments or transportation details.
- Liaise with event sponsors to understand and fulfill their requirements during events.
- Assist in inventory management of catering supplies and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the catering team, kitchen staff, and event coordinators.
- Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
