Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
