Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead educators in preparing, organizing, and distributing online course materials and resources.
- Monitor and moderate online discussion forums, ensuring constructive and respectful interactions.
- Provide technical assistance and support to students and educators regarding learning management systems (LMS) and other educational tools.
- Help manage student records, track progress, and facilitate communication between students and instructors.
- Support the creation and formatting of engaging digital content, including presentations, videos, and interactive exercises.
- Conduct research to gather supplementary materials or information relevant to course topics.
- Assist with grading administrative tasks, such as managing deadlines and submitting participation scores.
- Collaborate with the educational technology team to troubleshoot issues and optimize the online learning environment.
