Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast sales and track performance metrics using CRM software.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
